Any way to refresh the status of CI? GitHub Actions was down and our Graphite PR is stuck in "Waiting on CI" when it's actually CI green

Hey Mark, sorry for the trouble. Could you please share the URL of the Graphite PR in question?

If the state of GHA gets messed up in GH (due to their outage, or sometimes these just get stuck hanging) then you can push a new commit to the PR to force them to refresh.
