FYI been seeing a lot of these types of errors in my PRs, automated bot comment for a tool we have that doesn't render properly. Renders fine on GitHub and only bugs out like this sometimes. Hitting the restore button doesn't do anything.

okay so it looks like the error is due to the

<img>

 tag at the top and how we render it with markdown in our comments. as a workaround are you able to update the bot to have a text before the image tag as such:  Severity: <img height="25px" alt="Low Severity severity" src="" />. i created a ticket for our team to take a look at this issue.

It is not our bot, I can try to reach out to that provider
