Hi! My team just added Graphite to our Github repo and sent out invites. I am unable to login when clicking the 'accept invite' link from the email. It hangs on the page I sent in the screenshot, and I see a 404 error from

/api/v1/graphite/setup-org/{org-name}

with the error message

hey jackson, can you confirm the github account that you're using to auth into graphite is a member of the org? usually we've seen this happen when users have multiple github accounts.
