Hi team, I'm seeing `gt submit` hang at `Validating that this Graphite stack is ready to submit...`

hey sorry i think this ended up being a weird combination of my own internet being bad + bad interaction with my corp VPN + having to sync / restack a bunch of changes before submitting

i think we can close out this ask for now, will come back if i continue to see issues but things have been looking fine today
