I created a new GH account under my name with my work email, added it to our gh org, and then removed my personal gh account from the org, but the personal account is still showing up in graphite and my new one is not. I also occasionally have to clear my local storage to get graphite to load after having done this

hey riley, what are your two github user names so i can take a look
r
ghockett7 and RileyHockett
p
took a look at our database. i see
RileyHockett
linked to Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company and
ghockett7
is not. what are you seeing on your end when you log into app.graphite.com?
r
This is what I see when requesting a review or as a reviewer and nobody can request me. But I can login as RileyHockett and have my own dashboard etc
p
just ran a sync. can you do a hard refresh of your browser to see if your RileyHockett account is now showing up?
r
Just checked, but it seems like it is still the same 😞
p
hmm im wondering if theres a delay of some sort and if performing an action in a PR like, like adding your new username on GitHub's end as a reviewer, and then opening the PR in Graphite can trigger that to sync
r
Yea I tried commenting and then opening a new PR, but no dice sadly
I still see my name on the dropdown of my old account, but when I add it, I see: Reviews may only be requested from collaborators. One or more of the users or teams you specified is not a collaborator of the <> repository. - https://docs.github.com/rest/pulls/review-requests#request-reviewers-for-a-pull-requestThis error has been reported to Graphite.

hey riley, can you have your github admin check that you're a user in the organization and not just the repo?
