Is it normal for stacks to sit in merging for hours without running, failing etc ?

This can happen if you have pending approvals (after changes, approvals can get dismissed) It happens to us as well and is kinda annoying Idk what can really be done about it though

hey mike, ideally we do not want this state of stacks sitting in merging for hours. at times they can be due to pending tests, pending approvals. i know we discussed this in another chat but let us know if its still happening for you and we can deep dive further.
