hey louis, is there a specific issue that is happening on your device due to the size?


One, for some reason hitting the link directly from the website/in the browser took almost an hour to download through chrome, but downloaded much quicker through curl. Despite having a stronger and consistent wifi signal/speed

Non-technically, I'm exploring making having this a standard practice across my eng org and am reluctant to do so for a menu bar utility that is nearly half a gigabyte. I'm concerned I have no idea everything that is in this binary for functionality that is so narrow

the menu bar app supports both apple silicon and intel macs in a single download which why its double the size. i will say that most users prefer the browser rather than the menu bar app.
