I'm the admin for my org's github repo, and when I'm trying to Merge a PR, initially it gives a success, then displays a toast error: "does not have permissions to merge this PR". any ideas of what might be going on or misconfigured? This was working fine for me last week

hey Chris, your organization's Graphite plan subscription is using the Starter plan, which does not include use of the Merge Queue. That is available for Team plan or Enterprise plan.
So you can either upgrade your plan, or an admin user can disable the Merge Queue in the settings here so Graphite will revert to using the standard stack merge.
