Hey hey, our IT team is trying to get ahold of someone from Billing.  We lost access while we were working through a bill with the Billing department.  They mentioned it wouldn't expire, and to reach out if we had issues, so hoping to get ahold of someone!  Sorry it's not exactly a bug.

- Does this happen consistently? Just to you or others on your team also?
- Is this a regression? Is the problem new?
