CMD F

(not native CMD F) open in the PR can get weird. eg have CMD F open → search for something in one file → try to leave a comment in another file → page will jump around weirdly.

chrome Version 145.0.7632.160 (Official Build) (arm64) for me as well. (and fwiw - last i checked, i couldn't even reliably view graphite PRs in my Zen browser, hence why i'm even using Chrome to begin with. sometimes one page will load, but then every other navigation is just a "loading spinner" graphite fractal ... but that's a separate issue 😅)
