My branch was stacked on top of 321ckatz123's. I submitted with `gt s -r 321ckatz123` and got a warning about requesting from the author. While harmless, I would’ve expected the tool to avoid attempting this in the first place.

Thanks Tyler! Totally makes sense that `gt submit` should avoid requesting a review from the PR author automatically rather than relying on GitHub to warn about it. I’ve added this to our internal tracker for the team to consider :pray:
