`gt co` cuts off and makes me step up and down rather than showing the whole tree when I have too many PRs

This looks like a max-height limit in our `gt co` interactive output (not the pager), so big stacks can get truncated. Workaround for now: try `gt co --stack` (or `gt ls --stack`) to show just the current stack. We’ll look at making the height smarter/configurable.
