Merge queue is breaking the linear integration ability to update ticket status. the original PR is not the one that gets merged, therefore the linear issue doesn't get marked as done when the PR merges.

Linear has a workaround for these situations documented <https://linear.app/docs/github#custom-merge-queues|here>.
