+1 from me on this. I use JetBrains' IDEs pretty much exclusively

Candidly, Jetbrains plugins are generally harder to build than VSCode, and also their IDEs just straight up have less market share, which is why we're focusing on VSCode first. But we'll definitely do it at some point in the future! Note: For now you can run the internal webview that the VSCode extension runs with
gt internal-only start
, but it's still experimental (we'll move it to something like
gt interactive
once we clean it up a little more). It might also trail the live version of the VS Code extension by a few versions as it can only be updated when the CLI gets an update.

Hey, thanks for the honest response. Yeah, it definitely has less market share, I wouldn’t judge that decision, that’s for sure. I am just sharing my point of view as the last thing stopping me from trying out Graphite, at least as of today. Not following fully for the webview approach you’re talking about. Is that documented somewhere on the website where I could read more about it perhaps?

If there's a IDEA-based IDE extension that lets you load up a webpage, you could start the VSCode extension manually with
gt internal-only start
, and then navigate to the url within your IDE extension.

There we go - running in an embedded browser:

wooo! Now all you need is to make your IDE automatically run that command somehow 😄
So cool!
