When you restack, if you submit the entire stack `gt submit --stack`you should be able to see just the changes that happen in that PR

Thanks Aryaman, does that mean if I just do `gt submit` I would not see the changes in the same way? I have some of the stacks (children) not ready for submitting, so I did not use `gt submit -s` on purpose.,

Curious why you do not want to submit the children? Is it to avoid CI running?

And I don't want to put up a PR when it is not ready and it will fail all the checks and so on.
