I clicked approve in the UI multiple times and got this error, even after switching to the latest version of the PR. I eventually had to go to GitHub in order to approve.

Hi @Tyler Laprade, sorry for the bad experience — that sounds really frustrating. I know you’re unblocked now, but I looked into the server logs on our side and it looks like the GitHub API was vending us an error that we weren’t correctly passing back to you:

Could not approve for pull request review. This pull request has been updated since you started reviewing. Please review the latest changes and resubmit.
