Hey Steffen! I'm sorry this happened to you/your team, and thanks for bearing with us! I'm actually in the process of redesigning the onboarding flow (it's shipping very soon) so I'm very interested to hear about the specific issues you've been running into. I'll DM you!

Hey Steffen+Alex! Working on getting you a fix here!

Awesome! Thanks for the feedback.

Hey there, seems we got it working now with Personal Access Tokens for Alex and the other dev that had troubles with it. Not ideal (at least according to documentation) but we're unblocked and running now (and also liking it quite a bit)

Hi @alex, thanks for the screenshots — we were finally able to repro on a test account and test org on our side!
We think that there’s a bug on GitHub’s side where it’ll allow you to try to configure the app — even though as you point out it’s already installed on the organization and has access to the relevant repos. The fix you can use is to: • Click on the “Install Graphite app” button • Close the window that pops up (don’t attempt to configure the app) • Then, back on Graphite, click the “Sync permissions” button
Here’s a video of me doing it on my test account if you’d like to follow along:
Let me know if that resolves the issue/if you have any other questions!

No, does not solve it for me. No change whatsoever. Currently, I'm connected via PAT.

Hi, @alex sorry to hear that - can you send me screenshots of what you’re now seeing when you try the workaround and ignore the GitHub flow and just come back and press “Sync permissions”?
