It shows the target of the stack, not the base of the current branch. Whether that is intended is a different question though. :smile:

Isn't the target of the stack always `main`?

Or at least, always a certain single branch

some folks have flows with multiple trunk branches, which is why this currently shows up like this — i believe we have some changes planned to this though (if you hover over the i you'll get a tooltip)

Oh wow, I didn't know Graphite supports multiple trunks!

we don’t support it _that_ well yet — but we'd like to some day — and at least want to make it clear when something isn't stacked on the right trunk
