Thanks for looking into it! I disabled `Merge when ready` and then manually merged the diffs, so I’m not sure if the bug is still happening.

After clicking `Merge` on diff #3, #4 now has merge conflicts

Ah - after a short time, the merge conflicts were auto-resolved, but that auto-dismissed the approval
