08/21/2023, 6:31 PMgt status (and commands passed through "git" work though)samarthdave8
08/22/2023, 8:25 PM.git/graphite files)
gt log --debug yielded bad parent name: checkout as the last failed step (had a git typo and i think I made a branch named checkout?)
either way, something local with my Graphite state got messed up. I tried to resolve by deleting the .graphite inside .git directory. I then copied those files back in from another repo cp ../React-Todo/.git/.graphite* ./.git/ and got Graphite working again 🍭 In between those steps, I was running gt log but there was no indication that Graphite knew the ./.git/*graphite files were missing?meesh
08/28/2023, 5:36 PMrm .git/.graphite_cache_persist
rm .git/.graphite_repo_config
but was still seeing issues; after
git gc --prune=now
git remote prune origin
& re-removing the graphite files (above), non passthrough commands also started working for me

.graphite_pr_info
.graphite_repo_config
I wonder if there's a way to regenerate them if you suspect there is corruption/invalid state
