When opening the details of a PR, for example https://app.graphite.dev/github/pr/spockframework/spock/1746/MockFactory-via-ServiceLoader it shows things like the attached screenshot. If I click the expand indicator on the left, the file is shown, and if I click the expand button in the blue banner, the file is shown. But if the file is collapsed anyway, for example because it is already viewed, then the banner should not be shown.
