Note that the scrollbar is too far down compared to the white blip where the comment is (but the comment is on screen). I noticed that the white blip seemed aligned properly when I was higher on the page, but then as I scrolled down, I noticed the white blip migrate up relative to the scrollbar. Maybe there's some lazy-loading happening as I scroll, and it's causing the scrollbar alignment to get off? I suspsect that's related to the issues jumping to comments being offset too. Anyway, not sure if this observation is helpful, but I thought I'd share anyway.
