07/26/2023, 9:45 PMYes, if you have the ability to specify repositories within your org, you're on the correct method (GitHub App) and not the incorrect one (OAuth App)

07/27/2023, 3:37 PMhey yeah - so circling back here, it was an error on our part. Our purchaser isn’t technical and wasn’t familiar with the flow so unintentionally restricted our access when we signed up for the paid plan. Would be helpful probably to call this out in your upsell process!
