what is the PR link?
what were you doing at the time? did you just land on the page and it looked like this? or did editing the PR description cause this to duplicate?
does it look like this on github?

07/19/2023, 5:25 PMHey David, yeah this is actually how it looks in GitHub. Afraid I don't have the link to hand, but this happened just from opening the pr. I only entered two lines but nothing else, landed on the Github page and it looked like that
