Does that work if you pay annually?

yes! team size will be automatically adjusted and prorated based on usage in the annual plan as well — any resulting charges/credits will be issued monthly that way you’ll lock in the preferred rate but still have flexibility as your org grows 🙂

Can you explain how the prorata works? Is "30 USD/month" actually 1 USD per day per person with a least one submit/review/merge on graphite? Or something else? 🙏

happy to! here goes, but feel free to lmk if you have any more questions: • on the first of the month graphite will bill your org for the number of active users in the previous month • if a new user becomes active on graphite during the month, they will be added to that billing cycle prorated based on the date they became active (ex. if a coworker starts using graphite in the last week of the month, you’ll only be billed for that user for one week rather than the whole month) • if any users become inactive for a full month, we’ll issue a credit back to you at the end of the cycle! the annual plan works the same way except graphite will charge for the full year when you start and prorate that year when any new users become active -- you’ll still be issued credits for any users that are not active
