I'm also curious about your first set of questions. Here the answer to your second q.

Re: synced repos - the dashboard will only show PRs for up to 30 repos at a time. We want this limit to be high enough to cover all of the repos you work in day-to-day, but without having to query GitHub for PRs across thousands of repos for every user at larger orgs (doing so has been one of the largest sources of instability and degraded performance for Graphite). Do you & team need to show all 43 repos in the dashboard? Happy to chat about increasing this limit for you guys if so.
Also, per earlier feedback, the dashboard will now prompt you to add any new repos in which you create a PR or get tagged as a reviewer. The CLI will still work for submitting stacks in other repos as well.

On any given week, there are maybe 10 repos with active PRs at a time. But which repos are active changes as we change bi-weekly planning cycles.

Re: synced github history This refers to the subset of PRs that will be displayed in your PR inbox, as well as the time period for which you'll be able to see insights for. ex. if you're on the free tier, you'll have 3 months of synced GitHub history, so you'll be able to view PRs in your inbox that have been updated within the last 3 months. You'll also be able to see insights for the last 3 months. more on pricing here: https://graphite.dev/docs/pricing-and-plans
