+1 -- this has been happening for me for the last week at least. Seems to affect images added via Github.

GitHub added a redirect to image links a couple weeks ago that broke display of images on Graphite (and other tools that show PRs) - @Greg deployed a fix last Monday that addressed the initial changes, but it’s quite possible that GH has continued fiddling with it since then. We’re on it!

@eriel marimon /@Ben Jaffe do you all mind linking here (or DMing me) links to a PR with a broken image in the image description? It looks like things our working internally on Graphite PRs, but I know GitHub has some feature flags around image uploads so I’d believe there’s a use-case we’re still not handling properly here.
