This is something we're working on getting better visibility on 🙂 In case you're curious, GitHub's API doesn't expose the actual reasoning why a PR is in "blocked" status, and so we're doing a bunch of work on our end to rederive this from branch protection rules! cc @Ziyao Wei and @Brendan Ngo
