@Ziyao Wei is working on improvements here! Briefly (he can correct if I'm getting anything wrong), GitHub's API vends us incomplete/incorrect data on CI runs, which is why we sometimes get mergeability wrong today, and the panel on the PR page now uses our recalculated value.
