the "[Re: lines ...]" and the graphite_hidden span

Hey Lowell, I believe this shows up because you commented on a line outside of the range that GitHub allows you to comment on. Graphite adds “[Re: lines ...]” so that other viewers know which lines you’re actually referring to, and we add the hidden span so that we can keep track of where the comment is and show it in the correct lines on Graphite.
