Hey Folks - just inquiring to get an idea as to when 7.0.0-M2 will be released — which will include converters, events, and async pulled into grails-core?

I am not sure there is a specific date, but it should be relatively soon. The consolidation of repositories took a substantial amount of time and has a few steps left. You should be able to mimic 7.0.0-M2 using 7.0.0-SNAPSHOT, although it is not a fixed release.

Thanks @James Fredley. I was contemplating using the snapshot, but wasn’t sure how stable it was. I’ll give it a shot!
