trying to test out a baseline grails 5 app using the docs: https://docs.grails.org/5.3.6/guide/single.html section: 2.3 Creating an Application using java version 11.0.12.7.2-amzn from sdkman. grails brings up the shell fine per the doc, but when i type in run-app i get this error and it just hangs:
