Which email plugin are you using?

Grails Mail Plugin 3.0.0 implementation 'org.grails.pluginsmail3.0.0'

I am having different problem with that plugin connecting to AWS SES.

Its the same issue that I raised https://github.com/grails/grails-core/issues/13250 - It affects all Plugins. You can verify by bumping your build to 5.3.5-SNAPSHOT and it should work

Confirming that does fix the issue

Same problem here with Spring Security, good to know it’s bene fixed :)

Looks like 5.3.5 was released yesterday.
