Yes, I prefer Grails + Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem as a whole to a combination of Grails + Micronaut. Although Grails 4 integrates with Micronaut and rewrites some of the plugins with Micronaut Configuration, I think using Spring Boot is still the best option. In fact, I've recently modified GoBoots (forked Grails 5.1) to remove the entire Micronaut integration, as Micronaut Spring already provides three ways to integrate with Spring Boot.
