If you weren't aware: `I` and `i` are ASCII, `İ` and `ı` are not

I can't tell if that's the letter you're running into trouble with since it got mangled in the screenshot, but check for local names like that

Yeah, first need to rename the path to only have characters in the ASCII table. I'm assuming the other character is the ş, which won't work (as well as the dotless i)
