If it still does not work, download it with a browser, check whether it is complete and valid and whether the size is the same Gradle downloaded or the one the header suggested

Maybe. 🙂 But I guess it will just work and you have some firewall or anti-virus or proxy or similar that interupts the download. If I download for example the icu4j from the link in your error message, it has exactly the right byte count for me.
