I would have said yes, as I think I also debugged Groovy DSL build scripts. But actually, the docs you linked to say that you can only debug build scripts if they are in Kotlin DSL. So either this changed, my memory is wrong, or the documentation is wrong. But after all, I'd say TIAS. 🙂
