I guess it is a good idea, yes. And I think the most appropriate guideline is looking at existing plugins, for example the built-ins using it, or also 3rd party ones like SpotBugs plugin.

I was trying to go by the built-ins, but it was a lot more involved than I expected. So I took a step back and ask here so I didn’t go down the rabbit hole too fast. I’ll have a look at SpotBugs as well. Thanks for the pointer 👍
