What has that to do with Amanda's post? What is Vocareum? If you get compilation errors, obviously your syntax is not correct. And if that is the case, it is not a Gradle problem and so the wrong place to ask. But we can hardly tell you even whether it is the right place to ask as you neither provided your stuff, not even the error message. How should we help interpret an error message you do not provide? ;-)
