I cannot follow in which way you think this is Gradle related, except that a Gradle task is triggered. The error tells you to speak to the maintainers of

react-native-fetch-blob

We have a gradle task running in our azure devops pipeline. The last time the task was successfull was Jan 23 2022. After that its been failing with same error.

Sure, but as I said, the error had nothing to do with Gradle. That you happen to execute the process with Gradle is imho irrelevant for your error. You use, or something you use uses,

react-native-fetch-blob

which uses

react-native-community/cli

with a version range and that dependency is not to be used anymore.
