Can you scroll up in the error message to see if it says anything else. Or click

:mergeDebugResources

in the left pane and see what error that says. It looks to me like this isn't really a gradle issue so im not sure how much help you'll get here.

It looks like a typo in a value that is causing the compiler to break. Could have a dimen that has something like pd instead of do, a value that is malformed, etc. As suggested ☝️ - what else is in the stack trace and it should help point you to the problem.
