I am confused by the question regarding feature freeze, as we do not generally add features to patch releases in accordance with semantic versioning.

My bad, I called it feature freeze thinking about next release as 7.4.2/7.5.
Real question was about when can one still submit PR and hope it'll be merged into next release.

Unless you fix some regression, nothing will be accepted in 7.4.2.

For 7.5, the window is still open … but not for long.

I thought about regression in 7.4.1 actually but I wouldn't have any time till this weekend
