Your company apparently uses Zscaler Internet Access with "SSL Inspection" turned on, which allows them to decrypt all your internet traffic. But this doesn't play nice with things like DNS CAA, or any similar mechanism built in code. Here, either Android Studio has such verification built-in, or maybe simply it's not using your system's trusted root certificates (where Zscaler's certificate is probably installed) so it doesn't trust Zscaler certificate authority. https://help.zscaler.com/zia/choosing-ca-certificate-ssl-inspection
