tasks. All tests are executed even if the 2nd one failed already. There was this issue which is heavily releated, and even goes a step further to fail parallel actions of other tasks if one already failed: https://github.com/gradle/gradle/issues/4296 Unfortunately it was closed by the stale bot and the two comments that were added don't have anything to do with the topic of the ticket as far as I understand them. You can comment there that the issue is still relevant and hope that the Gradle team will reopen the issue, or you could open a new feature request, maybe also pointing at the old existing one.
