Is there a reason why configuration cache it not enabled during IDE sync ?

&gt; Without Isolated Projects, it is not possible to get a "Configuration Cache hit" for IDE sync because Configuration Cache does not currently support model building invocations. When Isolated Projects is enabled, the full model can be cached and returned immediately on later invocations if the build configuration hasn’t changed.
