I recently enabled parallel CC and now get errors like so:
Error while reading task graph
> Exception while loading configuration for :cache-variables-arguments: Class 'com.apollographql.apollo.gradle.task.ApolloGenerateOptionsTask' not found in class loader 'InstrumentingVisitableURLClassLoader(ClassLoaderScopeIdentifier.Id{coreAndPlugins:settings[:apollo-kotlin]:buildSrc[:apollo-kotlin]:root-project[:apollo-kotlin](export)})' of type 'org.gradle.internal.classloader.VisitableURLClassLoader$InstrumentingVisitableURLClassLoader'.
I'm like 80% sure this is related because I have never seen anything like this before enabling parallel CC. Does that ring a bell to anyone? Is there anything I can do to debug this further?

What Gradle version do you use? Is the
ApolloGenerateOptionsTask
class part of some included build/`buildSrc` or does it come from a binary plugin?
m
I'm 9.2.0
The class is in an included build
I haven't really dug more into it and it went away when re-running the build with
--no-configuration-cache
Could very well be something else completely

One potential source of such issues is the cache cleanup, sometimes Gradle removes the compiled classes. But 9.2.0 should have a safeguard for it.

👍 I'll keep an eye on it, thanks!
I'm also running low on disk space on my laptop. I just had a notification that I have 15GB of space left 👀
That might not help
