Hi! I have a problem with a plugin in IntelliJ IDEA

 The plugin constantly updates the entire project, approximately every 10 seconds

If you have a problem with an IntelliJ plugin, you probably should best contact JetBrains, either via their YouTrack or if you are paying customer via their support page.

If it is a plugin they maintain that is, otherwise the maintainer of the plugin you have problems with.
