So our build took 15 seconds but the cause isn't captured by the report generated with

--profile

. I understand that a build scan would be better but, I don't have gradle enterprise (I'm working on it internally). The question I have for the team is, what could cause configuration to take this long that wouldn't be captured in the reported times? @Eric Wendelin?
