When publishing Gradle module metadata, <https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/publishing_gradle_module_metadata.html#:~:text=Each%20variant%20must%20have%20at%20least%20one%20attribute%2C|each variant must have at least one attribute>. Why? What purpose does this requirement serve? Why is it not allowed to have one "default" variant with no attributes?
