I am sure that "D:\o\atom\pub\cn\shiwan\ad\p4\client\Library\Bee\Android\Prj\IL2CPP\Gradle\launcher\src\main\res\mipmap-xhdpi\ic_launcher_foreground.png" this file is exist and not corrupted. Help Needed!

Well both of these are not directly Gradle questions. Maybe you should ask in some Unity community or support?
